Does your state require eat-in facilities to have a restroom available for the customers use?

Not a state, but my province, Saskatchewan, requires restrooms (M, F, Handicapped) by law.

I'm pretty sure it's a law in Belgium (country, sorry we don't have states). But I don't think it's very detailed because I have seen some interesting restrooms here! For instance, there is a restaurant my husband and I go to where you have to walk PAST the urinals to get to the women's toilets LOL. Many restroom areas here are very close together, with lots of them sharing sinks and mirrors, etc. From my observations, I think it's just a law that the women have to have the privacy LOL. Of course, none of it is viewable to the rest of the restaurant, as much restrooms are downstairs or in the back of the building.
