  • it depends on ur muscle ratio. i m 16 i m 6 foot and i way 160 and i am healthier then 90 per. of the people at my school. but i would say if u have little to no muscle about 140-150 but if u have some muscle 150-160. and anything more then that would classify u as fat or strong.
  • I have a friend (who constantly discusses his weight) who is six feet tall. I think he looks very good at 180. He wants to be model thin and has recently dieted to 155, he looks very thin and drawn. Are you eating a decent diet, eating 3 times a day? Sometimes teenagers can be too thin or too heavy and balance out before 20 years old.
  • well im 14 and 6 ft tall and weigh 142 and bench 245 so really for me i really dont know if that is too low,i think it is im trying to get some back, but it isnt working so stay around 150-160 and keep eating good
