Help answer this question below.
it it your child? then yes you dont pass your responsibiliy on to someone else whether you see the child or not.
First of all alimony is spousal support and does not go to the child. You are thinking of child support and yes you continue paying till the child is considered emancipated and it does not always mean age 18. It means done with school even college.
A new husband does not equal a new father. Keep on supporting your child however you can.
I dont think so. Its classed as your responsibility.
Even though shes not your wife, shes someone elses. The kid is still your kid and not someone elses. My ex had a baby with another woman who turned lesbian and had a girlfriend but he still had to pay child support. You should look into it. I think the more often you see and look after the kid the less you have to pay.
I can not speak to Polish law but in the States you pay child support until the child is 18 or no longer you child.
I don't know dude, all the laws are in favor of bitches, its a bitchy world!

You're reading If your ex-wife remarries, do you stop paying alimony for the child or you still have to pay till the latter's 18th birthday? Note: 'you' don't have any custody, you haven't been in touch with any of them since the divorce when he was born. Country-Poland
