  • It is Acetomenophin/Hydrocodone. It is a relatively strong painkiller capable of inducing highs in situations of abuse. Depending on the way that this pill is ingested, whether it be orally or snorted similar to cocaine, it can provide a wide range of effects. This information was taken from http://www.drugs.com/imprints.php?action=search&imprint=M367&shape=&color=12&I1=Search This is basically a generic for Vicodin. If there is no prescription for this medication (strong medication), I would be concerned.
  • Cause for concern, absolutely. I speak from experience, and I recommend you investigate. You can purchase a home drug test at any Walgreens or CVS, full panel tests go for about $40-$45. If he has taken hydrocodone or anything similar he will show up positive for opiods (like heroin or morphine- they are in the same family of alkaloids.) At the same time you will have the benefit of seeing what else he may be up to, OR get the relief of at least knowing he is not continually using. The tests have immeadiate results, however I recommend you use the instructions and send it in for lab analysis. I don't think they charge for this, but even if they do, it is a good idea as sometimes the immeadiate answers are unrefined and can be due to something else. Just because he used it does not mean he's an addict, however continued use will lead to physical and mental dependance that is almost incurable and it is important to handle this before that happens. Sometimes teenagers don't realize what they are doing. I didn't. Hope this helps.
  • Also known as Vicodin (spelling?)
  • http://www.drugs.com/imprints.php this web site will help identify most any kind of pill Drug Name APAP / hydrocodone Bitartrate Strength(s) 325 MG-10 MG Imprint(s) M367 Manufacturer / Distributor Mallinckrodt Pharm Phys Total Care
  • M367 is generic Norco 10, but it is not manufactured by Watson. They are known for being less effective than other generics or brand names, as many people seem to have a hard time digesting the binders that hold the pill together and getting the full dose of hydro. Maybe ask your son if he has trouble sleeping, talk to him about medication that is taken, and let him feel comfortable coming to you. If you bombard him with a drug test without speaking to him it can close a door on communication and trust that is difficult to have and maintain with a teen child.
  • I dont know how old your son is but I would be VERY concerned that he has this drug especially ALOT of them. It is a form of pain killer known as a generic Norco. I was given this after having a root canal and from what I understand it can be very addictive. This pill has to be precribed by a doctor so how or where he got them would also make me concerned as a parent. I would definately try to talk with him without of course putting him on the defensive, but first I would try to get them AWAY from him and then explain the harm they can cause him, his body and god forbid anyone else he gives them too.
  • Vicodin I should know Thats the pain med that the VA gives me otherwise known as hydrocodone
  • It is an opium derivative and is very addictive. Vicodin is essentially the same thing.
  • It actually says m-357 not m-367 . It is a hydrocodone pill 5/500mg. Any more questions?
  • 367 is a ten ?? i thought it was a 5 mg
  • Vicodin, I think. Your son should not be having pills that were not prescribed to him in his possession, regardless of whether his is using them or not (and if you confront him, he will say he didn't use them). In the U.S., that is a crime.
  • it is definitely vicodin..i.e...hydrocodone.
  • Vicodin is a common drug the kids are using to get high on now -- often mixing it with zanax -- never doubt an addiction if your son doesn't have a prescription, you will need to asst him in getting help - please try to avoid getting mad or placeing blame if this is the case , it will only push him further. -- I recently visited the funeral home for a 19 year old and prior to that spent two nights in the hospital with my sister as a result of a drug overdoes. You may be lucky to have found the pills prior to a traggedy. If unprescrbed medication was found in your sons room , please take action . Best of luck to your family. With hopes that I am touching on a subject that has nothing to do with your concerns ( smile ) .
  • It is vicoden. It's a pain killer and it has to be prescribed.
  • Don't waste your $ on a test. I think if you really analyze the situation, you will find it unnecessary. The biggest problem with this drug is actually the liver toxicity of the Tylenol. There is a good chance he enjoys drinking as well, sorry to judge but... Adding alcohol to Tylenol is even more toxic (obviously). Also, I have known people to get very carried away, eating 10-12 at a time (ridiculous) and spending over $1000 a month on them. If he is using at this level you will notice the fog in his eyes, nodding out randomly, etc. I don't know what to tell you, how to help. I would seek professional advice. Anonymous support groups for addict families may be a place to start. Bottom line, nobody will stop using until it's what THEY want, so buckle up. You may be in for quite a ride. Best of luck.
  • It's Hydrocodone. If it was in your son's room, he just take them for the way it makes him feel. But beware, after awhile of regular use they become addicted.
  • Its a genairc perc 10 meanin its got 10mgs og oxycontin and 325mgs of asprin not a big pain killer but the 325 is hard on the liver so if he s taken them in large doses its gonna b really hard for his body to break it all down. All in all his liver could shut down but thats long term I m not a dr just have taken them b4
