Before I retired I used to go for a run after work :)

Get into my P.Js, check my emails, open my IM services and finish any undone homework for the next day.

I like to shower the days crud away first thing.

I kick off my shoes and grab a glass of iced tea :P

Strip, flex in the mirror, sing in the shower and then on to ab goodness.

Strip down naked and sing show tunes;)

Take a hot bath

Feed Mr. Fisk. Make myself some food. Watch an old movie or an ancient TV show on DVD.
