  • There might be a name for this, as technically its not quite a Cuban either. I could definitly eat my Reuben without that dressing, but I guess its not quite the same. People sometimes like that dressing on the side more often than you would think. Yes, it is a Reuben, as a person with certain food allergies might have to refuse the Russian dressing and it would not be right to not allow such a person to have the fun or enjoyment of eating their "Reuben."
  • You need corned beef, swiss cheese, saurkraut, and dressing for a reuben. Without sauce wouldnt be a reuben anymore that without saurkraut would be.
  • I guess you could call it a corned beef with swiss and sauerkraut on rye, but maybe it's easier to say "Reuben, hold the dressing."
