Depends on the girl. I think the middle Labrea peircing looks good on some girls. The ones off to the side look stupid on pretty much everyone in my opinion. Tounge can be kind of hot too sometimes.

I find piercings very attractive. As for sexy, less is more. Also, you need the confidence to pull off what body mods you have. In my opinion, nothing is sexier or more attractive in a person than confidence.
