i dont know of any good tool to study reality. it is so different for many people. my reality is unbelievable to many people. i am either inside their box of understanding or outside their box of understanding. If I am outside, then I am delusional and in need of a mental checkup. have you read any of carlos casteneda's books. now there is a reality i dont understand, but I can agree with it. personal experience is the best tool. but it cant be verified. Even if two people experience the same experience, it isnt verifiable. and so on.
