I have been married for three months. This past week my husband pulled a knife on me. He is now in jail facing 3rd and 4th degree felonies. I got pprs today for UC divorce; I don't think he will sign. What can I do to end this as quickly

Get out and especially if you have children. If someone thinks that he can do this to someone else, even his wife, then what makes you think that he won't go a step further the next time and really try to hurt you? You need to get out now while he's in jail, therefore he won't know where you are and you can forget about him. If you wait until he gets out, your going to be putting yourself in danger.

Get out quick. I don't think he has to sign--just file the papers.
