Actually I love grilling any type of meat, vegetable and some fruits (pineapple and peaches are delicious!)
lobsters. But you have to hold the cover of the grill down really tight, because they kick and thrash around a lot. Just like when you put them in boiling water.

Everything mentioned here has made it to my grill. But lately, I've been spending a great deal of time grilling AB members about everything I can think of to ask them. :)
beef tenderloin. sometimes i marinate it overnight with a spicy korean bulgogi sauce ~ its to die for. :D
MEAT
Toss up between teriyaki pork, and shrimp. I barbecue at least 4 nights a week, so I basically like EVERYTHING cooked on the grill.
Steak
Chicken is what we grill the most, marinated in honey and orange juice
Chicken & steak.
I like to grill penis and liver
Suspects
I prefer fish and potatoes and love to eat the fish without adding anything to it but to the potatoes a dollop of butter is a must.
Rib Eye Steak baby, but they are so expensive i generally can only afford burgers if i want beer too.
You guys are making me very, very hungry. At the moment, it is food - of all sorts.

tri tip is one of those words i hate...

baby back ribs are my fav i bbq them once a week and it takes 6 hours to slowly smoke them
Sirloins steaks
Ribs, chicken and hamburger.
A side of beef or an entire hog! I like mine medium to well done! With a sweet crispy glaze on the outside but moist and juicy inside! The meat just falls away from the bone it's so tender! Some times I just wave it through the smoke, just for flavor! I like Franks Hot Sauce on it!

There are two potatoes and fish.(separately) :D

Recipe:
ahi tuna steak (about 1" thick)
1/4 c tamari or ponzu sauce
1/4 c sesame oil
2 T minced ginger
2 T wasabi (in tube)
mix tamari and sesami oil together, set aside. mix ginger and wasabi, set aside.
Rub tuna steak with oil- grill on high for 1 minute on one side, 45 secs on other side.
slice tuna in strips, drizzle oil/tamari over top.
use wasabi ginger for condiment.
YUM.
Tataki Tuna.
Serve with light, fresh sauv blanc wine

Alternate recipe:
Gulden's mustard
Worchester sauce
horseradish
Put these in a sauce pan and bring to a bubble. Put tuna steaks on grill and coat with sauce. Serve rare with a nice glass of red wine.

that sounds interesting actually. why guldens and not ground mustard?
have you ever made anything with prepared mustard that gets cooked on stove? it stinks - especially if mixed with garlic.

The Guldens is make the sauce kind of creamy. If you just used ground mustard with worcestershire (now spelled correctly), it would be too watery. The Guldens gets thick and bubbly. And yeah, when you bring it to the bubble on the stove, it is kind of stinky.
