  • I'm going to guess you probably don't need this answered anymore, or figured out the answer, since this was posted a year ago, but in case you or anyone else still wants to know, I'll answer. The simple answer is "it depends." Keep reading for a more complete answer. State "Vocational Rehabilitation" programs are state programs running on federal rules with some state variations, and it's paid for by both state and federal funds. You have to have a disability of some sort that makes it difficult to work, though, to qualify for services. You would discuss a plan with a vocational rehabilitation counselor, who would then help you decide what would be best for you. It can sometimes involve paying for school, but not always. There are many factors that play into the decision, so I can't say they will for sure or they definitely won't. However, I think it's safe to say that they would generally not pay for graduate school, because you would most likely be considered "employable" with a Bachelor's. I'm not saying they won't, but I think it's likely they would not.
