Does anyone know if the Avril Lavigne concerts in CA are officially cancelled or are they just postponed?

The shows were cancelled and you can get a refund on Monday. These shows will be rescheduled which is TBA. Avril Lavigne cancelled a total of eight concerts including two in San Diego, Anaheim, Sunday's Universal City concert along with the upcoming Santa Barbara and San Jose, California gigs as well as in Spokane and Everett in Washington.
