Tell him it's time to get his own account like a big boy.

Talk to your bank and see if they can't cancel/stop the electronic transfer of those wages into your account.
-
Call a lawyer a.s.p.!!!!!! Trust me my brotherinlaw is going through this as we type and he went through the bank but the state keept on his ass to make a payment so he got a lawyer and it was all workedout in his favor I think he even got a check from the state for overpayment

Huh, it's in my account? Sounds like it belongs to me.
-
I'd be getting an extra paycheck, aw yea.

Technically, it is his responsibility to have this canceled. You do not have to meet him and give him his money. Tell him to have his work stop the deposits, or you'll just be thanking him for the extra income. I bet he does it right away!
-
I'd take a cut. check cashing services charge about 6%. Take the money that is due to you for the service you are providing. Oh, and take out travel expenses (gas, taxi or subway costs).
-
get a money order for the amount, then mail it to the person's house.
-
Call the bank and find out what I needed to do to stop it so I wouldn't be liable for his income tax.
-
I'd be at the bank Monday morning to stop that bullshit. She wants her money that you already have? Mail it. Western Union it. Her cost. I'm a prick when I wanna be.
-
Mail him a check for his deposits and tell him he has 30 days to get his own bank account. If he doesn't do it have your bank close your account-tell them he's screwing around with it.
-
It has happened or at least I have paid out the money while people have waited for cheques to clear and then never had the money returned . I would have to say I would not do it again but I have said that before. I would not want another persons salary paid into my account.
