Help answer this question below.
Yes, many times.
Hell yes. School, work, or a particular woman, it's something every few nights.
Yes, once in a while. Sometimes it's really good giggly stuff, other times, heart-wrenching and miserable.
I prefer the giggly, obviously. As for the bad stuff, one way I've found to get to sleep is to just breathe, and remind myself that there are some things in this world that I have absolutely no control over, and that worrying about them accomplishes nothing whatsoever.
Many nights are like that for me.
today would is one of thoes days.. I have never been under so much stress.
Yes.
every night
Yes, sometimes the heartful things people say play over and over in my head. That makes it very heard to sleep.
Frequently.
pretty much every night, dont know why, just how I work I guess :)
Almost everynight
m brain dead in the day but my brain wont shut up at night
thats one of many reasons i dont sleep
Oh yeah either when I'm thinking about tommorow or just really excited about something.
Sometimes, but usually they make me wake up in the middle of the might, not keep me from falling asleep. It's the getting back to sleep I have trouble with.
Yes. The economy is starting to stress me out!
At 3 am this morning - I should have been sleeping but there was just too much running through my head so I got up and got several things done while everyone else was sleeping.
Yes, all the time.
Only everyday
Every night. :( But while you'r up you can look at you'r point's
That's why I'm up now trying to hook up with Cyndi.
Yea, this is called stress. Whenever I feel this way I take an herbal sleep aid to help me calm down and fall asleep. It has all the kick with none of the sides.

Hope that helps!
Every single night :s
Yes, many times. And i got exams coming up at the mo so cant sleep
every night :( so sleepy
Never!
All the time. It is a part of being an adult and a parent!
yeah, constantly
Almost every night... I go to bed really early for just that reason, I need the time.
Yup, that's the story of my life lately.
I think it happens to most people occasionally.
Not happened yet!
All the time. I try to read to take my mind off of things but that only goes so far.
Too many times to mention, and to top it off my daughter is now a teenager with boyfriends lining up. Talk about a headache!
Nope. Never. I'm actually an itty bitty baby.
so many times i cant count them all
OMG, that only happens every night, lately! I am exhausted from lack of sleep!!!
all the time.
That's why I can only sleep by taking a strong sedative everynight. Otherwise I'd stay awake until I crashed. Something I have no choice to deal with.
all the time
More often than not. And I love sleep so its a real downer.
Only last night. I couldn't sleep because I was trying to come up with an answer to this question!!!
ALL THE TIME. unfortunately.
For the last several years I have. I sleep but I don't rest.
Yes. That's when I started journaling everything. Once it's on paper, it's like you've put your thoughts somewhere else.
of course, everyones felt that way
I usually go to bed worried about so much unfinished business. I probably average about 5 and a half hours of sleep per night because I am a big time worrier.
I take drugs in order to sleep or I can't.....
I would not know that that was the cause. I have major problems falling asleep. if I am not passing out tired it is hard to do... once I do I am gone but getting there is tough.
many times
on a regular basis ha!
