-
Hell yes. School, work, or a particular woman, it's something every few nights.
-
Like now?....Daaaaa!!!1
-
That's why I'm up now trying to hook up with Cyndi.
-
Every night. :( But while you'r up you can look at you'r point's
-
Only everyday
-
Yes, all the time.
-
At 3 am this morning - I should have been sleeping but there was just too much running through my head so I got up and got several things done while everyone else was sleeping.
-
Yes. The economy is starting to stress me out!
-
Frequently.
-
Nope ...When I can't think much ...I go to sleep :-) !
-
Yes, unfortunately.
-
Yes, once in a while. Sometimes it's really good giggly stuff, other times, heart-wrenching and miserable. I prefer the giggly, obviously. As for the bad stuff, one way I've found to get to sleep is to just breathe, and remind myself that there are some things in this world that I have absolutely no control over, and that worrying about them accomplishes nothing whatsoever.
-
Sometimes, but usually they make me wake up in the middle of the might, not keep me from falling asleep. It's the getting back to sleep I have trouble with.
-
Yep, pretty often. During the fist 1½ month after my ex broke up with me I only slept for about 3-6 hours each night. Got into the habit of reading when going to bed, however, and it helped a lot
-
All the time...
-
Only when I worry a lot about a loved one.
-
Way too often :)
-
Yes but then I tell myself that there is nothing I can do about whatever is on my mind at the moment so I might as well get some sleep so I'm rested and can concentrate better on the subjects in the morning.
-
I've had months like that.
-
All the time I'm an insomniac for the most part. And worrying about things and thinking too much when I'm trying to sleep makes it a thousand times worse!
-
which is why it's 4 30 and i'm still up =/
-
There have been times in my live when that has happened. It bites.
-
Yes.It helped to exercise ALOT.
-
All the time until I got on my new meds.
-
Actually the only thing I have on my mind when I can't sleep is "why am I having trouble going to sleep?" That's it. If something is going on subconsciously I am unaware of it! :)
-
many times! :*(
-
yes.I've had a lot on my mind,I just shut my mind off or put those things away for the next day.
-
Welcome to my nights, buddy!
-
Yes, about a month ago everytime I layed my head down on my pillow, I would start obsessing. I did that for about a month. Thank goodness it's over.
-
What a coincidence. I just came in right now, in my nightgown and totally dishevelled because I can't sleep, and this is the first question on top of the home page.. XD So, yeah, it happens, like all the time. I'm so sick of it. I can feel how tired I am but I can't manage to fall asleep. And all the stuff on my mind it's not like I can do anything about right now so why won't it let me sleep aaaaargh.
-
HA! yes.. I ALWAYS HAVE TOO MUCH ON MY MIND. I'M A THINKER, OPEN TO KNOWLEDGE && THE OPINIONS OF DEAD PEOPLE.
-
everynight
-
Very often.
-
Welcome to my world
-
I could sleep like a log earlier but now after coming back into the material world, I lie awake most of the nights.
-
Yes,I hate that.I added more exercise to my daily regimen and it helped-along with ranting to my husband about it,which really helped!
-
Yes. It is like that ever night.
-
*sighs* yes. Sometimes some heart wrenching memories just won't leave my mind alone. The last time was before yesterday, I think. I thought that maybe it was the first time? First time for that long, I mean.
-
All too often, I'm afraid.
-
Oh yeah, a lot.
-
on a regular basis ha!
-
many times
-
I certainly have, but fortunately not for quite a few years now.
-
Yes, sometimes the heartful things people say play over and over in my head. That makes it very heard to sleep.
-
All the time... thats why sometimes a glass of wine before bed is essential for me to get a good nights sleep...
-
Oh yeah either when I'm thinking about tommorow or just really excited about something.
-
every night
-
Yes, many times.
-
Yes.
-
today would is one of thoes days.. I have never been under so much stress.
-
Many nights are like that for me.
-
All the time.
-
I would not know that that was the cause. I have major problems falling asleep. if I am not passing out tired it is hard to do... once I do I am gone but getting there is tough.
-
I take drugs in order to sleep or I can't.....
-
thats one of many reasons i dont sleep
-
Yes! too much lately!
-
Last night was a rough one. I use self-hypnosis when I can't take it anymore.
-
yes in these times it happens alot
-
I usually go to bed worried about so much unfinished business. I probably average about 5 and a half hours of sleep per night because I am a big time worrier.
-
You just described my typical night.
-
Tori Amos
-
Well lets see.....I have 5 kids, a wife, house payments .... Oh yeah....just lost my job of 12 yrs due to cut backs...... I not only don't sleep, I can't eat because of all the stress.
-
yep, last night was a doozy. You're not alone....
-
of course, everyones felt that way
-
I've had so much on my mind that I had to give up my nap and constructively do something about it. I've had just four hours sleep because I had all these ideas about something and just had to get them out of my head or I'd lose them forever.
-
Yes. That's when I started journaling everything. Once it's on paper, it's like you've put your thoughts somewhere else.
-
alot of times..too many times
-
Oh yes. It happens a lot. D:
-
Yes that happens alot that is why i listen to music before i go to bed and then take a pill that makes me sleepy
-
used to have earlier. Now my mind is blank!
-
often.
-
Never. Thats when I get peace. So no compromise
-
hello, yes ecerytime i have a doctors appointment like this monday, betcha ill be up all night sunday!!
-
yeah...it sucks...i usually end up passing out from exhaustion around 5 or 6 and then wake up around 8..it sucks...
-
So many times, I couldn't list them. Sick babies, dying husband, divorce......
-
Yes all the time. I suffer from nervous insomnia and have done all my life. It just means my mind will not shut down.
-
yes. like when you are going somewhere fun the next day and you can't sleep tonight. i hate it
-
Yes, one of those nights that felt like forever.
-
For the last several years I have. I sleep but I don't rest.
-
Yes my eyes are closed but I'm constantly thinking about what I have to do and who I have to pay etc....It's called stress!
-
Of course who hasn't except a baby?
-
ALL THE TIME. unfortunately.
-
Yes often!
-
Only last night. I couldn't sleep because I was trying to come up with an answer to this question!!!
-
Yeah and usually I had a lot of caffeine that day.
-
More often than not. And I love sleep so its a real downer.
-
Too much work or too much holiday planing can make me too awake..also too much coffee and tea too. heehee
-
yes, many times, seems I work in sleep too :)
-
Oh Yes! I wind up tossing and turning all night when I'm like that.
-
all the time
-
That's why I can only sleep by taking a strong sedative everynight. Otherwise I'd stay awake until I crashed. Something I have no choice to deal with.
-
suprisingly not too often. this is my one blessing, when i do have too much on my mind i just go to sleep to calm down.. However,it has happened a few times but mostly because i had too much cofee.
-
Yeah, a lot but usually exhaustion forces me to sleep after a few hours. But I have pulled off a few all nighters in this fashion.
-
Usually with me it's just one thing that "sticks" to my mind that keeps me awake, not a whole bunch of things. One problem that keeps me thinking and doesn't allow me to relax. It gets better, however, as the days go by and I grapple with the problem at hand.
-
Yes! It sucks so bad! Some times it is very hard for me to go to sleep because I worry too much. Then when I finally dose off, I wake up again and look at the clock and notice I have to be up in an hour to go to school. I HATE when that happens!
-
Quite often I am afraid...and it isn't pleasent at all, usualy what I have to do is drink a warm liquid then sit in front of the tv so it distracts me to fall asleep but then I wake with a sore neck
-
yes.
-
Tons of times. :)
-
