I would think so,,, but I would just file for divorce, on the grounds of his misleading you, and make him pay for it and have him pay you spousal support. The best bet would be to go to the base Commander and tell him what he is up to, and go from there.
i will tell you what my attorney said. and trust my case for annulment is stronger than yours. annulment will cost about 3 times as much as divorce. he said save your money jen go for divorce and forget the creep. i did

yes. look up your state laws- i bet it will be there.
It may be grounds based on fraud; he defrauded you as well as the military if that was the reason he married you. But not all states allow an annullment based on fraud, providing your state would help give you a clearer answer.
I would say it is more grounds for counseling in communication. People say things that are not entirely accurate in early martial disputes. He may have been lashing out or there may be something else going on. Counseling is available in the military. Don't throw your marriage away until you have explored your options.

You're reading I have been married for 2 weeks. My husband and I are in the military. I recently found out that the only reason he married me was to receive BAH (basic allowance for housing). Is this grounds for an annulment?
