i haven't but I know a ton of people who did drugs and are sober for 5-10 years. they go to Narcotics Anonymous meetings, you find support there and make friends...its wonderful

i have been sober for two years, i meet a girl and itt ended up being her or the drugs, and believe it or not sometimes people can stop doing drugs cod turkey if they got a good enough reason, no meth for two year, no coke for 2, no pills for 18 months, no drinking for a year,ill i do is smoke weed now

I have been clean for 2 years. I quit cold turkey. It was the second hardest thing I have ever done in my life. The first hardest was to quit smoking.

I used for almost five years daily. I quit cold turkey a couple weeks ago, and it was not as bad as I thought physically. Other than being tired and fuzzy headed I have done okay. One day at a time and staying aware of my emotions and not letting my thoughts run me astray are my focus now.

I have been sober now since January 09,2006.I am a lttle troubled my boyfried went to prison in August of 2006 and will be up fo parole in 2010.He had been using alot lnger than I had being that he is 18 years older thanI am and had been using for 25 years b4 being incarcerated.He assures me that when he gets released he is going to be on the straight and sober side,that h is done with the game.But this is the 2nd go around being incarcerated.So what do you think,deep down I have an idea of what I need to do but a little advice may do me some major insight.HHHEELLPP.
