Get a glass. Fill it up half way with cows milk. Now top it up with warm water and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir.
Voila!
I don't know if it is good for adults but it is excellent for babies.

You lose the ability to digest milk when you stop consuming it as a child. That is why there is such a thing as "lactose intolerance" - it's really just how it's supposed to be. It's not intolerance, it's more that some people are "lactose TOLERANT".

So no, it is not good for you in the least once you've grown up.

i have no idea what it tastes like, but i would imagine that it is better for you considering the circumstances... however, just know that anything that you take, alcohal, pain meds, illicit drugs, anything you take will wind up in the milk. this is why those commercials say not intended for women who are Nursing [breast feeding] or prgnant.
