yes get under the seats an get all the cloths an condoms out ' then spray it with a good fumeagator' roflmfao !

one suggestion that I have is use a tooth brush to get into the grooves, use that orange degreaser to get out stains, and a knife to get in between those vents.. take plenty of towels because if its dirty...and at the end put a Downy sheet under all seats, will smell real nice for a while, and cheaper than an air freshener

clean over poor car use i would suggest using windex! for the interior dash wipe it clean dust its surfaces seats plastic or leather or pleather its cheap! use either blue winshield washer fluid! or good old windex!
