An unanswered question with some serious thought required! Huzzah! Well partially I'd have to think so. This war has run us billions upon billions of dollars that we have to borrow from the federal reserve with interest tacked onto in in advance. Really doesn't help with inflation much. Where's Andrew Jackson when you need him?

Before the war, White House economic adviser Lawrence Lindsay estimated the cost at $100 to $200 billion. So the White House got rid of him and "re-estimated" the cost at $50 to $60 billion. It's now over $500 billion and counting daily. Yes, I'd say more than partially responsible.
