  • Well, consult a medical professional first to make sure you don't have any conditions that would make this dangerous. If you eat a 6 oz can of tuna and an apple (or another fruit) per day (nothing else) and drink as much water as you need (only water) and run 5 miles or bike 10 miles or swim... You get the idea. This will accomplish your weight loss goal but you probably won't keep that weight off. You'll have to alter your eating habits and exercise as a more permanant solution.

  • the honest truth is probably that you allready know the answer but your looking for an easier way, take the hard choice for once and go on a long walk or run everyday of those two weeks, maybe even do exercises like jumping jacks or other cardiovascular workouts at home.
