Nope, I try to eat right, but its not always easy :-)
-
I do!

Yes I do, I also take vitamin B-complex, Omega 3, and Garlic tablets. I don't eat like I should and since I have been taking supplements I feel better and have more energy.

The body does not absorb manufactured vitamins and minerals as well as it does from food. I juice every morning. Jack LaLane juicer.Heres my recipe: 1 small sweet potato celery stalk carrot Granny Smith Apple Pear Thick slice of fresh pineapple small beet (if I can find a fresh bunch at the store) chunk of fresh ginger root Just wash everything first and slice it so it fits in the opening.

No, we eat lots of different foods, so we are getting all the vitamins we need. Did you know that you can OD on certain vitamins if you take too much? The only thing I take is an iron supplement because I have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to contain as much iron as I should..;)

I try to remember, but I seldom do...I'll go take one now, thanks for reminding me :)

I take a vitamin C and zinc compound which is supposed to boost my immune system after I spent January - March suffering one cold after another. I don't know if it works, or whether it's having a placebo effect, but I haven't had a cold since, so I'll keep on taking it!
-
No but my brother swears by them.
-
Yes, I do. :)

I should

I take a Multi Vit, B complex, DHEA and GlyCell in the morning. In the evening I take niacin, melatonin (for it's anti-stress properties), GABA and 5-Htp. I also take the omega's with meals and a good Vit E complex. I down all of this with a powdered mixture of calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, ascorbic acid and NAC. For maximum absorbtion I take the DHEA and melatonin sublingually (gives up to a 75% absorbtion rate). What also helps absorbtion of nutrients is black pepper and niacin taken at the same time as the supplements.

Nope.. Perhaps I should?

In the 70's I did religiously. As my family grew I focused on them more than me, making sure my children took their vitamins, but not taking them myself. Now I take 3sixty5 by Xango. They are supposed to have 12 whole fruits and 12 whole vegetables in them along with other nutrients. My husband and I still don't eat like we should, but are back on the track to good health. In the end, we are the ones responsible for ourselves and I would rather be proactive than reactive when it comes to disease prevention. Check out www.xango3sixty5.com then my website www.carrymehome.biz for more information

I'm not sure whether I take multivitamins (I just take what my wife gives me), but we both take a wide range of supplements every day, as well as other herbal products (e.g. Adizone).

Everyday, without fail. I am 64 and feel great. I would like to think the multi-vitamins are part of the reason.
-
nope. Every one I have tried makes me sick, so I stay away from them.
-
No, I take herbs aplenty
-
No. The evidence doesn't support using vitamins as being beneficial. Dr. Gourmet
