If I am wearing just black and white or just black or just white I usually wear a bold colour shoe. I love wearing my red shoes with black. I used to wear black shoes with black and white, but I started to feel like a waiter.

I think you could get away with wearing any colour of shoe if you match it with an accessary such as a hand bag or scarf.

I've can't recall ever seing a girl in a white skirt and black shirt/blouse, but the the opposite (a girl in a black skirt and white shirt/blouse)

Well, I think it depends on the style of the skirt and blouse as well as your make-up... And where you're going. Since I don't have any of that information, to be on the safe side... I would recommend maybe nude or gold shoes. Those are neutral. Or you can try red, which will draw a lot of attention.

For work? Black shoes and black bag. Skin color stockings pleas... For casual day about... Tanned boots and tanned bag. :D

if it's work i'd stick with black if it's somewhere else, try bright red heels with bright red belt or scarf

If you aren't as bold (I'm definately not)...I would wear a black and white shoe or a grey fabric shoe (i.e. houndstooth pattern)
