Help answer this question below.

My 2001 F-150 has a beeping sound that comes from the dash: 5 beeps, pause, 5 more etc. Five cycles, pause 20 minutes then it starts over again. This drives me nuts. What could be wrong?

Try this link: page 122 or so should start and give you a clue as to what may be the problem... good luck.

Have you checked both seats for the plug to be plugged in under the seats for the seatbelt minder??

These are obvious seatbelt warnings, the above link will help you through the process of turning it off.
