  • If the person that's calling the other person an alcolic has a lot of influence over him/her then, yes.
  • To a point yes, but in the end, everybody is capable of making their own decisions. Some people will go to great lengths to avoid being put into the typecast they are supposed to be, like myself - i was always "the good son, the one who'll be there for Anybody, through Anything, at Anytime, without being asked because he's supposed to know when things are wrong and act accordingly, on his own expense with no thank you because that's what he's Supposed to do". - Well, i now live 1/2 way across the country and will offer advice on situations only when asked because i got sick of hearing how i'm Supposed to be fixing everybody else's problems for them and they aren't supposed to help with mine because i'm the problem solver, so i can figure it out myself. Does that make me a bad son/brother? To some maybe, to others no, because i'm still helping when asked, but teaching them to learn to deal with issues on their own and not always wait for some miracle to come in and solve everything for them so they can live in obliviousness, stumbling through life without a care in the world.
  • The power of suggestion, like placebo, is truly ominous, dude! ;-)
