A Google search for Medical Transcription Braille Textbooks found over 30K results, which means at least 10 of them will be of any real value! This is the link showing the search results: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=medical+transcription+braille+textbooks+

Here's a couple sites that might provide a reference point if nothing else:

- Independent Living Resources can provide quotes on transcribing any textbook for someone needing it in audio or braille form. This is the link for their website: http://www.ilr.org/transcriptionservices.shtml

- Chesapeake College indicates they provide textbooks in braille or audio tapes for special needs, so it's probably true of other colleges as well. Here's their link: http://www.chesapeake.edu/continuing_ed/ce_medical_c.asp?p=4
