I am glad to announce that I can now give an answer to this great question. I do not believe that this gentleman should be fired from his job because of these comments, unless what he is saying is not true. The comment cuts both ways. If he says that the AFL had to be forced, it could be seen as a shot at the AFL for not moving that direction on their own. If the man feels that way, I cannot believe that this is the only thing he is strongly opinionated on, his employers most likely hired him for his opinions on the sport. Why hire people only to put a muzzle on them?
