My guinea pig's feet are red and swollen, I know it's not from a dirty cage because mine is always clean, why are they red and swollen?

    What kind of bedding are you using? Ceder can irritate rodents skin and respitory systems, and cob bedding can be hard on there feet.

    Do you have a wire bottom on your cage? If so then this could be the cause.

    The bedding cedar can be be the cause of the swollen feet.
