You should ask your nearest pharmesist for some soothing cream. good luck

This problem happens while shaving too. Very painful, but vaseline will help keep irritants like sweat and stuff out of the wound and keep it from feeling stingy and itchy.
You have to apply some multiple times during the day though.

Soak your labia in methylated spirits. That should reduce the swelling.
