What do you say to someone who lacks compassion for animals?

Nothing if people don't like animals they have no compassion..possibly a serial killer

As little as possible. Anyone who has no compassion for animals, usually has none for people either. I try and stay away from those.

Nothing. I find they are probably not worth talking to.

Not much. They probably lack compassion for people as well. You can't reason with these people.

I say nothing about their opinion...because there is nothing I can do to change it.....and they are entitled to their opinion, no matter how different it is from mine. However, I would put in my 2c worth if the topic comes up in conversaions. It is important to note that someone who seems to have no compassion for animals isn't automatically someone who will hurt a domesticated pet. They simply may have been raised to see animals as food..or nuisance...or as prey for hunting etc. However, someone who is habitually cruel to animals is another story....

Nothing !! I have no use for anyone who dislikes/mistreats animals ! There is something seriously wrong with these people !

I will say this much. If I had to slaughter my own meat, I'd never be able to kill a mammal. Seafood and bird (chicken, turkey, etc) would be my only meat.

As long as they're not cruel to animals, there's nothing much to say to them. It's their view and it's not up to me to change it. Not all people are animal lovers.

As long as that person doesn't abuse animals, I would have no issue with that person but I would say to them: "If you have an negative attitude about animals, I hope you never buy your family pets."

If its of the cruel variety, treat them like an animal and leave them high and dry.

Who ever lacks compassion for animals is also cruel to them. There is not much you can say to them as they will become rude. When we were home in Scotland I used to buy all dogs I found not being treated well, I would pay the owners nicely thus no discussions. I have so many dogs that it is incredible but I enjoy them very much. We still have many of them and I do miss them. When we are home again I will go back to this practice. Very nice question. nothing, stay away from them - they are dangerous - most murderers are bed wetters, fire starters , and animal abusers.

lack of compassion is one thing but harming animals intentionlly is another. Anyone who harms animals intentionally is mentally unstable.

usually people who lack compassion beat them. theyre cold hearted thats what. people who beat their animals should be beat themselves.
