Simple. They ask a LOT of women. The odds are in your favor that you can get at least 1 woman to say yes every time you ask lots of them.
There used to be a guy in the early 1980's who had a video series where he would simply stand out on a street and ask women if they would like to go upstairs with him and have sex in front of the camera. He said that he only scored maybe 1 out of 40 women, but he asked about 100 women a day.
