We don't enjoy the raw stuff, so I guess it would be what we call the California roll..rice, bits of avocado and cooked crab/shrimp, pickled ginger and wasabi on the side. I know, we're wimps I guess! :)

Salmon sashimi!! Not only is it my favourite type of sashimi, but it's my all-time favourite food! I don't know what makes me like it so much...it might have to do with the fact that I act so much like a cat? I never tire of salmon sashimi, when it's my birthday, I drag everyone with me to a Japanese restaurant =)

As a vegetarian sashimi is out, but give me a cucumber/daikon/green onion roll of sushi, and I'm happy. I tend to roll my own.
