  • A few friends of mine and I used to sell cigs in high school to make some extra cash, so this is right up my alley. The person over 18 'should' only going to get in trouble for selling a minor tobacco products, which is somewhat worse than giving them to a minor. The minor can also get in trouble because they are selling tobacco products to a minor. I'd say the minor isn't going to see anything too big from it simply because tobacco products are everywhere any more. Worst case maybe a ticket for a hundred bucks and a slap on the wrist. Probably a bigger fine for the adult at the top of the supply chain
