How do you check someone's browsing history if it has been deleted? Can you find out of someone has been online on a different computer?

I know you're probably never going to read this but.. I said it was only for internet explorer. If you use Firefox, you can go to Tools, Options, Privacy, and clear everything which basically erases everything on Mozilla Firefox.
