  • Honestly you can tone those muscles, but you can not lose fat in those locations. You will lose body fat in the same order that you gained it. If your hips were the last thing you gained weight in then you can lose that weight rather quickly through some fat burning exercises.
  • Your boyfriend loves how you are. Isn't that enough? It could be worse. You could have belly fat. Besides, having wide hips will make your waist look smaller. Besides, your measurements look fine. Scratch that! Those are great measurements. At least you're not one size from top to bottom. My sister has somewhat the same issue, but instead of her hips it's her thighs. She worked out and now they are muscular. People say that she has great thighs.
  • Girl you and me have almost the same measurements. I am 36-31-46. The best way to get thos inches off is by speend walking and jogging. I know how hard it is to loose the inches there but is posible. Currently I am trying to get back in the military and my body measurements are to big. Before I had my two kids I was 34-27-38 and I miss that so much. I do not expect to get that small again because after the babies your hips just get wide naturally but hopefully I can get to a 41 inch hips. Just make sure you cut down on the fat because it will obviously go to you hips since you have a natural small waist. Also do squads and try going up and down the stairs for about 20 min three times a week. That will defenetly help you. But remember no pain no gain. Good luck!
  • you can definitely lose inches off your hips, but at the same time you will lose inches elsewhere, since you can't lose fat off of only one part of your body. i would recommend walking, at least 1/2 an hour a day. you should walk at a pace that elevates your heartrate, but you shouldn't get so out of breath that you can't talk. this will keep your heartrate in a good fat burning zone. when you are ready you could even progress to jogging. the other thing though is to de-stress. you seem to have really gotten down on yourself, but that will not help you lose weight. it will probably hender your efforts. just relax and be happy that someone accepts you as how you are. eat well and exercise, and you will lose a few pounds a week.
  • well am afraid that i need help in the same area infact i am far worse than u r m measurements are 38-34-48 and the fact that m boyfriend says he dosnt mind too but i wanna luk gud n dnt knw wot 2 do!
