My blogs notify me when there is a new entry, but I visit other people's blogs at least once a day, sometimes twice.

a lot. at work i have all my tabs set to the sites so i get to check them right away. its just one of those things i do before starting work.

I usually check my myspace every other day or every day depending on what I have going on.

i try not to check it unless i receive an email like an event invite, which means i go on there at most (usually) about as much as i check my email- 3/4, sometimes more and sometimes less times per week

Not very often. I'm new to facebook and still learning how it works. I check in when I get an e-mail altert.
