Originally without those things....no one. But when they brought out the Justice league cartoons, they made it so Superman could be hurt by just about everything from lasers, to big rocks falling on him.

Doomsday suceeded in killing him.

Doomsday beat the living piss out of him. Also, he kind of beat up himself in Superman 3, but that was just weird.

Doomsday did kill him, but Superman also killed Doomsday during the same fight, and they both came back to life, so I'm not sure how to call that one.

The Parasite was always sucking Superman's powers away and wailing on him, and this doesn't include the Big-K, magic or red sun radiation. Sure, Superman always beat him in the end but still, the Parasite cleaned Supes's clock plenty of times.

Brainiac, Mongul, Darkseid,and Doomsday have all tried, but none of them have ever beat him. There was story in the 90's where a man in Clark Kent's apartment building was beating his wife. Superman showed up to intimidate him, but realised that was abuse of his powers, The man ended up killing the woman before Superman could stop it. I guess you could say that man beat Superman.
