I have a tiny little tool I use to help peel an orange. Normally I don't like kitchen gadgets, but it works great and is tiny.

install an inexpensive kick-start on it!
Mix a yellow and a red.
put it in a lightsocket and turn it on.

Strange question. You know how most Chinese buffets have mandarin oranges on the dessert section that have absolutely no skin on them it's just the juice "sacks", well, do they have a machine that removes all that or what?
