    Corn on the cob is awesome all by itself, why fry it and ruin it's natural goodness? :) I'm not a fan of most fried veggies, myself, but fried zucchini isn't bad, and of course you can't go wrong frying up potatoes.

    I'm agin' it! I am not a fan of fried anything..my favorite way to have corn on the cob is to bring water to a boil..place the ears of corn in the boiling water and let them stay there only a couple of minutes..pull them out and let them cool off..there will be some residual cooking as it cools..then if the corn is really wonderful, I eat it just as it is..no butter, no salt and pepper, no nothing. Why add grease to something that is blissful au naturael? :)
