They are now practicing plastic surgery. There is much more money in that.

I have had really positive experiences with doctors in my area. My father-in-law is a physician, and is he one of the most meticulous and ethical people I have ever met.

They're around. But like anything else, they're tainted by the bad apples in the bunch.

Driven out of practice by outragious malpractrice rates and a Medicare/SocialSecurity/HMO cartel that tells them they're worth less per hour than their plumber or their vet. they then go to work for pharmaceutical companies. At least that's what my brother-in-law did.

Those ethical doctors are mostly teaching in universities or are in genetic research. Never the less, there are some still around, you just have to find them. Regards.
