I have a phobia of losing my children. Whether it be to a lose of custody or in death. These thoughts and example situations are constantly playing in my head and take up most of my time. It is causing high anxiety. What can I do to stop think

You sound like having a lot to worry about. Are there valid reasons to worry about those things? (i.e., are you about to lose custody of your children? Or are they very sick?) If not, you may be making yourself worry for something that's not really there. There are books out there that might help you or seeking a counseling might be a good option for you as well. I hope you will start feeling better soon! -
