Well first you have to find a Pixie to grind . . .

catch them under a full moon, dry them slowly - 130 to 150f MAX, after 2 days let them rest for 12 hours then into a coffee mill or flour grinder (ear plugs are needed to block the screams at this point) run them to a fine powder then store in a sealed non-metallic container
