Help answer this question below.

Some kids I know have 2 guinea pigs, they keep them outside year round in a dirty cage, and they almost never see food or water. I tried talking to their mom but she won't do anything about it. Should I report them?

    Hello Rachael Anne,

    My name is Donna and I help to run a guinea pig rescue in the U.S.A in New Jersey called Have-A-Heart Guinea Pig Rescue. I have looked up Penticton Animal Control. You really do need to call and turn them in, with fall sneaking up on them they will surly die outside, not to mention that they are more than lily loaded with fleas and mites, guinea pigs are also like us and require vitamin C to survive. I could not begin to tell you the horror stories I have seen when it comes to animal cruelty working in the rescue.
