Help answer this question below.
No, we want money too. J/K
Yes...what else is there? Having fun = being happy, and all i want is to be happy, so i think everyone just wants to have fun.
I just wanna I just wanna. Sorry I points for now.
True, but then they often regret it "9" months later with dirty diapers, no sleep, a misshapened body, and incessant crying! (lol)
Yes...and then some!
The lyric in question labels women as childish immature girls who care for nothing important except trivial selfish matters.
In other words it is *complete and utter nonsense*.
My sister recently invested a lot of her time and money to volunteer in Uganda [details excluded]. Of course it is good to have fun, but the main *purpose* was to educate and to help make a positive difference.
Everyone wants to have fun, but saying that 'girls "just" [aka. only] want to have fun' is a false and degrading stereotype that should be laid to rest.
Some people sure do think so:
NO! certainly not. by the way, define "fun". what do you mean by that? what kind is it? before i tell you everything.
False.
One thing I've learned is that when you're talking about women, there are very few universal truths.. the answer to this question is 'Sometimes.'
As a neo-feminist, I feel obligated to say false
Hahaha i would have to say...both. Some girls are sooooo boring!!! and some know how to have fun.
I would say some do and some don't. +4
No some of them would like to have long term relatioship.
That has been a head scratching question for eons. My guess is it's a whole lot more convoluted than that. +5
true!
That would depend on the girl.
All girls are different, and I'm sure some girls, Miss Lauper included, *do* just want to have fun.
But some others would also like some meaning with their fun, and some don't like the idea of fun at all, and still others are entirely indifferent to the idea of fun.
Everyone's different...
Deep down I think everybody does!
YES!
Well they certainly don't mind a good time, and i have never really seen a girl be seriously serious about anything....
Most girls probably do "just wanna have fun," after all, who doesn't?
Lately i think they want to have 2 much fun and they are going more crazy than ever.lol
Mostly true
False.
False, most want love and romance.
False.
Not "Just".
People aren't generally that "shallow"
True.
True!
True!!! We girls love to have FUN! +5
Girls have a deep craving for self-confirmation and attention. They apply the so called "monkey theory". In other words, they stay together with men without being in love and when they find something "better" they let go and continue their climb.
Shouldn't men quit sounding like down and out loser when they say they are intimidated by women

Actually, this answer is pretty much true, but with a big story behind it...

This is clearly a facetious answer and is without any redeeming value. If it is an attempt at humor, it fails.
