Anyone know of an RPG that would be great for kids. D&D seems to advanced for my little brother. He gets frustrated. I tried to make an easier version it kind of worked, but I need something that comes "assembled"

I dunno. Rocket propelled grenades and kids seldom go together well...
Seriously, how about a computer mastered game?

Though not a practical solution, and lacking of eye candy, how about the RPGs that were on the older home video game consoles?

Heh. Just wait for the abomination that will be D&D 4th edition. It's been so dumbed down, even today's illiterate youth will be able to grasp the ideas.

However, you could always dumb down D&D for your little brother. Just drop some of the more confusing rules, like AOOs and such.

Tho i was playing the original D&D when I was seven. Just tell your little brother to suck it up and keep at it. It'll help him be a smarter more rounded person. I have a friend who
s taught her daughters how to play D&D. The 7 yr old runs games for the 5 year old.

Prince Valiant. It's out of print, but it's genius. Easy enough to find on ebay or noble knight, I'd guess.

Back in the early 90s we had a Marvel RPG that was a lot of fun - it came with the city maps, tokens, pre-rolled marvel superheroes and villains, and the handbook had a few starter story quests. your best bet would be ebay to try and find it now, or possibly a local comic shop may have a lead on it.
