I don't think you need to loose any weight. I'm 2 inches shorter then you and 135 is a healthy weight for me. I think for you loosing 15lbs would be unhealthy. Try this link, it has the correct weight for your height. http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm

im know this sounds crazy and insane and it may be difficult but plain out stop eating sugar,,,that stuff is so bad for you and it all turns into fat. so just STOP with the sugar and eat lots of natural sugar like fruits and veggies. look on every nutrition panel before you eat it and eat something like corn flakes or cheerios for breakfast. that stuff is really low in sugar and its good for you...watch what you eat...look into google for any diet tips and then watch the pounds fall.....it works!!

I don't believe you need to lose any weight either, but I do understand how a lack of confidence might make you want to change something - anything - maybe even to an extreme. So, be careful! What you might really need is a change of focus. Try walking. It's good for the body and the mind. It doesn't take special equipment or clothes or a certain time of day, and if the pounds are meant to come off, they will and easily! The suggestion to cut out sugar is a good one, but I'd say take notice of all the crap you've come to ingest because it's easy. You know, the snacks of empty calories, the sodas with excess everything that's bad, or even the fast foods we've come to eat out and at home via the microwave. Drink more water! Flavor it with lemon or lime, or use Crystal Light. My favorite way is to drink half my bottle water, then add enough low-calorie Cranberry-Grape or Cranberry-Raspberry to top it off again. It's pretty good and I'm getting good calories instead of caffeine or carbonation - two things not good for us as we age and need better blood and bones. Now, if you're not sure how much you're eating and what it adds up to. Try keeping a daily journal. The best way I've found to do this in online using a site called FitDay.com and it's free! You can input what you've done each day too, so you'll see what calories are used up that you've taken in. Of course, they offer a paid option, but the free one offers enough, that is, unless you want to get really serious about food, movement and mood! Here's their link: http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/Index.html Have Some Fun, Cause I'm Almost Positive You Look Great Already! Believe IT!

I hate to say it, but if you lose weight fast, it will come back fast. If you starve yourself or speed up your metabolism to shed weight, your body responds as if it were subject to real famine -- and the next time it gets calories, it stores as many of them as it can in fat cells, just in case it gets starved again (bodies kind of have a mind of their own that way). Cutting sugar out of your diet is one very good way of not putting on more weight. But if you want to keep weight off, there are no easy answers; just eat a little less, exercise a little more, and work the weight off slowly. That is the only way it will "stick". However, the fact is, at 5'6" and 135 lbs, you ARE at a perfectly healthy weight. You really shouldn't want to lose too much, because being underweight is just as bad for your long-term health as being overweight is.

Do two weeks of nothing but vegies and protien and have a soy protein drink once a day that you make yourself with soy protein powder-any flavour will do- and NO SUGAR soy milk. Do cardi for 40 minutes every day and watch it peel off of you!!! Then slowly introduce good carbs and fruit back into your system over the next month and you will MAINTAIN your weight. YOu can cut the excercise back to three times a week them=n too! Oh, for protein stick to natural peanut butter, chicken, turkey, fish and only a tiny bit of red meat if you crave it. It really isn't hard to do! Only two weeks! You can manage that!!! The cardoi is very important so don't skip it! Add in weights for toning in week three! Good Luck and stay healthy!!!
