I would check out the terms of service on ebay to see if it says anything in there...if it doesn't i would contact ebay about it, because if they've already sold it to you, I dont know if they're allowed to back out from giving it to you.

As long as they give you your money back, I don't think there is an obligation to sell, unless it is in the terms of service.

If I put a wrong price on something I would just have to suck it up. It isn't good business to withdraw an item AFTER it has been won. Report it to eBay and let the feedback reflect your experience.

Nothing you can do about except to file a complaint with eBay. Although even eBay can't force them to sell it to you. This is one way sellers get around the reserve auction fees.
