Shame you didn't ask for 0-10! My local newspaper is awful, dire and not worthy to wipe your bum with. It was OK until new owners took over. Then it became just............awful. I would give it a big zero.

A totally biased piece of crap which portrays the city and county officials as saints instead of the crooks they really are. rated..1 only because that's the lowest choice. It's actually more a -10.

Hmmmmmmm let me think, being as I delivered the stupid thing for 27 yrs, and it hasn't improved much since. They have had many new managers at the helm and just have know clue on how to report on true Local news and things that happen local, to local people.... That be said they do a fair job coving nation news and events but in general people don't care. We can get that from the T.V. or a larger paper from SAC. or San Francisco so my rating for it is 4 and thats pushing it.

One is not low enough. Our local paper only comes out once a week. It is the same stories about the same people every week. If you are not one of the town elite, your story will never get into the paper. They only write what they want to hear. Sad, pitiful 4 page paper.

We have two locals (as do most places, I assume). The state paper gets an 8. The city paper gets a 2.
