Romeo and Juliet are two sexually active teenagers who go against their parent's wishes, so I doubt that would fly in a Christian school.

I cannot see why not. Yes, things happen that a Christian household might not like - but the play does not approve of them. You might as well ban the bible because some poor man gets crucified and it therefore encourages crucifixion.
