  • Yep. Usually when Im in a bad mood its because of stress. So Ill sit down and write out a list of everything that is stressing me out. And next to each thing.. Ill write out solutions to them. Soon I realize that all problems are fixable. And it helps alot. =D ~+~
  • Yes, but when things get really bad, so bad that I feel that I'm close to breaking I pray to God for guidance and he always comes through for me and I never forget thanking him in my prayers for helping me! For many "when the crisis is over God is forgotten"
  • Yes, one of the best things I can do for myself when I'm feeling down is get some exercise, so I power walk. I can watch a comedy. I can read the funny emails my friends send me. There are so many things I can do to help myself when I'm down. There is clinical depression though, and that requires a doctor's help.
