According to the information I have found on the Internet, the most expensive thing in the world is Californium-252, which is a man-made isotope that is produced in nuclear reactors. It has a relatively short half-life of 2.65 years. It emits alpha radiation, and is a strong emitter of neutrons. Californium-252 has several medical and industrial applications, including its use in cancer therapy. It is also used to detect explosive devices in airline luggage, among many others. It's price is $1,000 per microgram, or about $350 billion per pound. (American Dollars of course). Really expensive!!

Predjuce and hatred. Just look at how much money is spent on war and the military all over the world.
-
The second-best army. Everything you spent on it was wasted, and you lose almost everything that's important to you because of it.

War is by far the most costlyest, most expensive thing in the world...that is if you apply the value of human life...hundred fold.

The most valuable is human life. Many things are very expensive monetarily. I don''t want to make a long list, but you can spend millions or billions on one single thing, obviously. A space shuttle for example probably costs hundreds of millions to make or buy if you wanted to buy one. A building, an ocean liner, an authentic Russian Faberge' egg costs millions for a small 3-6" high egg!
-
The most expensive thing in the world is not time, nor life... but human needs. Humans are destroying the world. Even the activists who hand out flyers about saving trees. Guess what, that paper is made of trees. Humans, no matter what we try to do, we will inevitably destroy the earth. We spend money to get things we want, like gas, fattening foods, all these thinngs that we dont really need. The cost to fix what weve done so far is so high, no one wants to pay for it.

Some years ago what was then the Atomic Energy Commission held a special clearance sale on an element called californium-252, which they were letting go for a mere $1,000 per microgram, or about $350 billion per pound--just slightly higher than the price of sirloin.

Dude, I've gotten more girls than anything else on this damn planet. I wouldn't sell them though, I really don't like slave trade or pimps for that matter. lol. But the most expensive item... That would definitely be buying the earth itself. There really cant be a price on that can there? So sense its constantly fluctuating and rising, the earth's property value is going up like $1,000,000,000,000 a second, if not more.
